一、开门见山式

开门见山式是指直截了当交代背景,揭示主旨,使听众很快进入主题的特定气氛,营造理想的演讲氛围。如朱自清在《论气节》中就开门见山地说道:“气节是我国固有的道德标准,现代还用这个标准来衡量人们的行为。”

二、描述式

描述式就是引发联想,转入正题,它用形象去引发听众的联想,进而导入对主题的阐述。这样可以增强演讲的趣味性,吸引听众的注意力。

如斯大林在《广播演说》中的开头是:“希特勒从6月22日向我们祖国发动的背信弃义的军事进攻,正在继续。虽然红军进行了英勇的抵抗,虽然敌人的精锐师团和他们的精锐空军部队已被击溃,被埋葬在战场上,但是敌人又往前线调来了生力军,继续向前闯进……我们的祖国面临着严重的危险。”

这个开头描述了令人震撼的事实,抓住了听众的心理:“苏联红军能够打败德国法西斯?”并且急欲得到答案,这样就很自然地转入法西斯必败的正题。

有的演讲开场白从生活事例和切身体会入手。如美国名将麦克阿瑟即兴演讲的《最后的演讲》开头就是:“今天早晨,当我走出旅馆时,看门人问道:‘将军,您上哪去?’听说我要去西点时,他说:‘那是个好地方,您从前去过吗?’”演讲开头由描述式引出“士兵责任、荣誉、国家、前途”这个主题的`阐述,拉近了演讲者与听众的距离。

三、提问式

提问式就是造成悬念,引发听众思考。演讲者提到的问题应是听众最想了解又尚未找到答案的问题,或者是听众未曾想到而又与之息息相关的问题。如法国总统戴高乐在《反法西斯广播演说》演讲中的开头是:“事情已成定局了吗?希望已经没有了吗?失败已经不可挽回了吗?没有!请你们相信我,我是根据对事实的充分了解后说的。我告诉你们,法国并没有完,使我们暂时失败的那些因素,总有一天会让我们转败为胜。”在希特勒军队的逼迫下,法国的人心濒于崩溃,戴高乐审时度势,用设问的方式开头,激发了法国公众的热情,使他们充满信心,奋起抗敌,达到了预期的演讲目的。

四、即景式

如果在演讲前出现了一些新情况或者事先预想不到的情况,演讲者就必须调整自己的开场白,即兴发挥,灵活开场。

有一次,福州大学请孙绍振教授去演讲,同一时间在他的演讲会场的对面有一个青年歌手大奖赛。走进会场,孙教授看到外面围了好些人,可是会场里面的座位还有不少是空的。这时,孙教授一边往会场里走,一边想:“这些站在门外的家伙就是我演讲成功的关键,他们的动摇性最大。如果我开头几句话吸引不住他们,他们纷纷离去的脚步声足以吸引会场里其他听众的注意力,将会场聚精会神的气氛迅速瓦解,最后只能是惨败而归。”于是,他不得不随机应变:

“今天,我走进会场的时候,有一种感觉,那就是要特别感谢那些站在门口和走廊里的同学。因为他们在用肢体语言给我鼓励,宁愿站着,也要听我这老头子讲完。而且,他们是经过慎重选择的:在老头子的美和少男少女的美之间,他们选择了老头子的美;在说和唱之间,他们选择了说。因为他们相信:说得一定比唱得好听。”

他的话还没有说完,全场就沸腾起来了,而站在门外动摇的学生也笑着涌进了会场。

五、格言警句式

名言一般是精粹简练而又寓意深刻的句子,它蕴含着丰富的哲理和激情,能起到画龙点睛的作用。

如卡特《就职演说》的开头就引用了《圣经》里的名言警句:“我方才手按《圣经》作了就职宣誓,这《圣经》是我祖母前几年给我的。翻开书页,正是古先知弥迦的一首有永久意义的规劝词:‘世人啊,耶和华已指示何为善……只要你行公义,好怜悯,有谦卑的心,与你的上帝同行。”卡特借《圣经》的某些警句,来表达自己的思想,这样更有吸引力、说服力。
