听、说、读、写四项技能是在英语教学中对学生进行综合训练的基本方法。培养听力理解能力又一直是英语教学的首要任务,是英语学习的基础,也是英语语言学习的重要内容。但是,在现实的教学中,英语听力教学长期处于薄弱的地位。
一、要重视音标的教学
1、学好音标是学好英语的前提,音标基础的好坏决定了语音、语调的好坏,语音基础打好了,对提高学生的听力水平无疑会起到事半功倍之效
2、要注意朗读技巧的训练和培养。教师在课堂上应有意识地向学生传授诸如语句重音、节奏、音变、连读以及语调等知识。
3、要正确引导学生记忆单词。任何一门语言的学习都离不开词汇的学习和积累,词汇学习要边学边记,最有效的`方法是根据读音规则来识记。
二、要重视培养学生听力解题技巧和良好的听的习惯
1、教会学生听前快速浏览习题,捕捉一切可以从题面上得到的消息。
2、专心致志,抓住要点,联系前后内容。在听的时候,不管是听几遍,都不可掉以轻心。要注重句子和短文的整体内容,抓住重点词语和要点,不要强求听清每一单词。可根据预览效果以及听到内容来捕捉正确答案的有关信息。
3、眼耳并用,动笔记录。记录时要有重点、有技巧,如数词用阿拉伯数字记录、地点人名用代号、长词用缩写、长句抓住主要成分。
三、要重视日常教学的听力训练
提高学生的听力不是一时半会儿就能做到的。在日常教学中。,教师要用英语组织教学,要是加上必要的手势、表情、简笔画等,学生的注意力会更加集中,想办法去听懂老师的话;充分利用与教材配套的材料,如录音带、同步听力练习册及目标测试中的听力练习等,要坚持随教学进行训练。
