二、 优化课堂
1、集体备课,资源共享。
一枝独秀,不是春, 万紫千红春满园。备好课是上好一节课的关键和前提。今年我们的集体备课其实更加细化，虽然交上去的是一个课时的内容，但实质我们备的是一个单元的课，我们不可能孤立地去讨论一个课时的内容，所以首先是大家坦诚交流，说教材，说学情，确定出本单元的目标内容和重难点。其次是课时备课，组里先确定一人准备，然后根据之前准备的内容，及时给予意见。充分发挥教研组的 “群研智慧”，制定出一份更加完善的一课时
2、加强教研，优化课堂。
除了定期定时，在我们组内，可以说教研无处不在，短短的课间、茶余饭后，我们往往一起讨论课堂生成的问题，作业的处理问题，语音的把握问题，大家交流可行的做法，交流转变学生的秘诀，为下一节课作最合理的调整。其实教研并不重在形式，而重在我们的教研是否真正解决了问题，能否为紧接着的课堂教学带来实实在在的改变。让我们的教学行为更加科学，收到事倍功半的效果。
3、轮流上公开课，强化教研意识
让教师上公开研讨课是培养和锻炼教师的最有效途径，尤其是促进我们青年教师的成长。每个教师的课堂教学方法不同，学校坚持开展四课活动，努力提高教师自身素质，相互取长补短；常常实行经验丰实、教学能力强的教师上示范课、
研讨课，新教师上观摩课的'方式，通过观摩和探讨，有利于解决我们年青教师在课文教学中的疑惑，使我们对课文整体教学的教学设计、问题设计、课文分析、教学思路有更深的认识和理解，得到更加明确的指导，同时也开拓了课文教学的思路，不断地丰富和完善自己的课文教学方法。
4、沙龙式评课，使教师急剧成长
每次上完课，尤其是我们新教师，各组员都会及时地给予评价，指出上得好的地方以及需要改进的地方，让我们快速成长。就比如一次我上的观摩课，晏老师立马就给我指出了我上课过程中出现的一些口语上的错误，同时也指出我在板书时的不足，板书乱且没有突出重点。使我认识到板书在我们的教学中其实也很重要。
三、 加强学习, 追求业务精良
这是一个开放变革日新月异的大时代，一个不学习的人是跟不上时代的。我们每位组员都会努力改善自己的知识结构，强化学科专业知识，信息技术知识的学习与掌握，不断提高教学水平。
我相信，在学校领导和老师们的指导和帮助下，我们这个团结、认真、热情的团队一定能把教学任务更好地完成！
