尊敬的各位老师，亲爱的同学们：
进入一中这所百年名校，在创新实验班学习已经半年多。在这半年多的时间里，我有了成长，学习上也进步了。我认为这与我一直坚持的学习方法与态度是分不开的，在这里请允许我和大家分享一下。
高中学科增多，功课也随之增多，这就更加让我体会到计划安排的重要性。没有安排和条理的学习，几个小时下来，就会发现自己什么都想做，最后什么都没有做完。所以当我准备学习时，我就会列一个任务清单，将所有自己想完成的作业以及课外练习写在上面，并且按照主次顺序排列，给自己定一个最低完成度。完成一个任务，就划掉一个，并且马上开始下一个任务。看见未完成任务越来越少，心情就会越来越轻松，干劲也会越来越大，效率也自然会提高。这样比毫无头绪埋头学要好的多，快的多。
学习其实不是一两天的事，需要长久的坚持与积累。每天背十个单词，一个月就是三百个，一年就是三千六百五十个，诸如此类的话我也不止听过一两次，但只有自己真正尝试后才发现坚持与积累的重要性。我在定下每日两篇阅读理解和一到两篇完形填空任务的开始一两天信心十足，保质保量完成了任务。可三五天之后，就觉得做的无聊，生了懈怠之心，但我强迫自己按质按量完成，每天早到十几分钟，完成一篇 阅读一篇完型。晚自习再读一篇阅读，有时忘记做了，回到家也要做完再睡。上学期开学时我准备语文字词积累本和英语短语积累本。每看到新的字词和短语就记录下来，到现在为止两个本子写了的页数已经厚厚一叠，本子几乎用完一半，这么多内容让我一天抄完估计手要抽筋，但每天点点滴滴积累下来，数量就相当可观。
给自己定了这么多计划，完成课内功课外还要自己做课外练习，每天定量任务外还要琐碎积累，搞好学习外还要课外阅读，这样都需要充分利用每一分每一秒时间。除了前面所说的坐下来利用一整快时间学习外，课间，早自习前，午睡前，晚睡前，上学回来路上等等都是可以利用来做记单词，背书，听英语，回顾笔记这些事的零碎时间，也许几分钟时间不算多，但每个几分钟都充分利用的话，加起来可以完成许多事。关键你如果有意的利用他们，感觉会很不同。

我来说一说我与书的故事吧。那时正是月考过后，我考得很不理想。我很失望，也很灰心，也一度感到迷茫。可当我想要放弃的时候，我想起了桑迪亚哥。那是我们所学过的，《老人与海》中的主人公。我想起了他84天没有捕到鱼；想起了他在汹涌的海上孤身作战；想起了他一次又一次的击退鲨鱼；想起了他回到海港后寂寞的身影。那种永不言败，永不服输的勇气使我的心情久久不能平静。伟大的胸怀，就应该表现出这样的气概：用笑脸迎接悲惨的命运，用自信的勇气来应付自己的不幸。那一刻，我仿佛才真正明白人类灵魂的尊严的真正含义。老人面对鲨群时说：“跟它们斗，我要跟它们斗到死。”我也在心里鼓励自己说：“我要跟他们斗，别人可以的，我也可以。”老人在海上受挫时说：“一个人并不是生来要给打败的，你可以把它消灭掉，但就是打不败他。”我也在心里暗暗地想：“一个人生来并不是要被打败的，我可以没考好，但这并不能打败我努力学习的勇气。”

柔日读史，刚日读经。读史书，能养浩然正气；读经书，可养性静心。书中自有黄金屋，书中自有颜如玉。书籍能给人前行的力量，使人从无知变得有知；读书能够荡涤浮躁的尘埃污秽，净化人的心灵。

我们每个人都有自己的个性、思想、人生观、价值观和文化修养，这就好比一座丰富多彩的大厦，但落成前需要搭建坚实的骨架。那我们怎样搭建坚实的骨架呢？毫无疑问，我们高中生的主要途径是学习。
谈到学习，在我刚进一中时还是懵懵懂懂的，不知道路在何方，经过一个月的学习之后，高一年级进行了第一次月考，成绩一出来，还行，但我并没有满足这个成绩，我对自己说，我还可以做得更好，于是在期中考试之前，我度过了紧张的一个月。期中考试之后，我并没有成功，我退步了，于是我开始反思，考试只不过是为检验学习情况而存在的，我并不需要有其它的想法。从此以后，我对考试看得比较淡了，但我的学习并没有松懈，我清醒地认识到分数并不能决定什么，但知识本身是至高无上的，它并不能和分数画等号。在学习生活中我也更加注重和同学们的交流，和同学们一起讨论数学问题，还有悬赏征解上的题目，在不断的思考与努力下，我的学习更进了一步。每到放假，我都会拿出我的科学经典，带着兴趣走进去，其中的逻辑、论证和科学思想方法给了我很大的启迪。
关于学习方法，我唯一独创的就是思考了再思考，这很抽象，但它给我带来的帮助是无限的，它使我更加理智，让我在学习道路上扫清了许多障碍。仔细观察，在我们身边也有许多活的“教科书”。有的同学作息很有规律，上课从不迟到；有的同学注重的是精神状态，上课时全神贯注，他追求的是效率；有的同学对作业一丝不苟，善用作业来填补漏洞；还有一些同学爱思考，爱钻研，爱提问，这都是值得我们学习的。
