一、个人情况

XXX,小学高级教师，年级组长。毕业于中国人民解放军洛阳外国语学院，从教以来，一直担任班主任，从事语文教学。教育教学基本功扎实，工作认真负责，在教学中形成个人的教学风格。在平时的教学过程中，注重课前准备，课堂学生听、说、读、记的训练，注重学生学习习惯的培养，使学生获得智与行的滋养，形成良好的学习习惯并掌握有效的学习方法，教与学效果好。
