I used to work in XXX kindergarten, kindergarten in XXX has worked in different jobs, I started to work in the XX, then due to the need of kindergarten to XX, have certain work experience, on the job to make some progress, but also received the recognition from the kindergarten. Through several years of work, I have learned a lot of knowledge, and also cultivated my tenacious will and care for childrens spirit. 亲爱的学弟学妹们，你们好，我是09级英语教育的毕业生，跟很多同学一样，我也是毕业后选择考特钢，毕竟专科毕业嘛，找到工作是第一位的，我的观点是先就业再择业，毕竟教师也是一份稳定的工作，再次希望刚毕业的学弟学妹们要多务实。千万不要眼高手低。至于网上报名之类的我全是在学校报的，在此蒙老师会为你们提供详细的信息包括怎样在网上申请教师资格证，还有特钢报名等，没问题哦， 在校期间要多看看蒙老师的博客。
至于考试看什么书，因为我是英语，我除了看教育学和心理学公共课程之外就要是要看专业了，买了本中考题做了做就差不多了，因为我报考的是小学，专业知识是中考英语题，如果报考的是中学，专业知识是高考题，还是要多做题的。当时我们已经在大学学了专业的英语知识想着初中题肯定简单，但不要掉以轻心，有些题还是有难度的，毕竟是教师招考，还是要慎重对待。
当时我的笔试成绩也不算好，面试还是有一定的风险的，幸好我的面试成绩是第一也为我把成绩提了提。在这里我就对英语面试的问题说说我的心得体会。
其实很多人进入面试都是非常优秀的，想想那么多人你能脱颖而出就是成功的标志，所以一定要对自己充满信心！
首先面试的着装很重要，不知道的同学可以在网上看看，或者找往届面试过的同学问问。有个干净利落的外表是很重要的！
其次就是面试内容了，我们隆德的英语面试考的是说课，其他地方的是讲课，首先要有说课稿的大概模式可以在网上下，最好是英语的'。在这里我想另外说一点就是面试英语的想拿高分最好全英语，因为只有这样评委才能知道你的口语到底怎么样，学英语的，一定要做把口语练好，一张嘴，一口流利而准确的口语是赢得评委对你肯定的第一步！平时还是要多练哦！在这里提醒一点有的人进去一紧张把背的说课内容给忘了，在这里千万不要慌，可以先停顿几秒钟，面带微笑，看看每位评委想到哪里说那里，其实大部分评委还是看你的气场的，我当时就是给忘了，都是我自己临场说的英语，切忌不要进去拿着写好的稿子头也不抬的念，那样你的分数肯定高不了，我当时进去的时候发稿纸我是什么也没有写，就在心里把课题及知识点默记了一下，进去就开始说了。还有一点就是记得进去以后不要急于开始，因为右下老师还在忙着核成绩，你要稍等片刻，最好用一个客气用语may i begain等词这样会比较好一点。
另外一点我要说的是进去一定要行礼开始和结尾要鞠躬等。我是刚进去就是太紧张，忘记了鞠躬，出来了才想起真是很后悔的。不要小瞧这些细微的动作，在每一个评委的眼里它代表了一个人的修养。切忌！好了就写到这里，在此谢谢蒙老师这么长时间以来为无门提供及时而准确的信息！并祝愿学弟学妹们学业有成，毕业后都能找到理想的工作！
