我演讲的题目是最美的护士最美的天使。神话中天使的美丽在于她的圣洁和善良，而我们白衣天使呢？护理专业的创始人南丁格尔曾经说过：“护士，其实就是没有翅膀的天使，是真善美的化身。”当我从学校毕业，当我走进医院，穿上洁白的护士服，戴上漂亮的燕尾帽时，我就在心中暗暗告诉自己：一定要做一名真正的白衣天使，用爱心和微笑去绽放每一个病痛的.生命之花！而今，转眼之间，1000多个日子已经走过，作为一名普普通通的护士，我在这几年的平凡工作中感受着人生百味，奉献着自己的爱心，收获着自己的快乐。有人说护士苦护士累，护士站得身疲惫、回到家里就想睡。但我却想说，护士苦护士累、护士用爱换欣慰、回到家里安心睡！在苦中我感受着呵护生命的快乐，在累中我体会到自身价值的意义。“送人玫瑰，手有余香”！更何况，自己是在用爱心呵护无数个生命的历程呢！
有朋友问我：“干了几年的护士，你烦吗？当初的新鲜劲儿褪去，你还执著曾经的理想和梦想吗？”冰心老人说过这样一句话：爱在左，同情在右，走在生命的两旁，随时撒种，随时开花，将这一径长途，点缀的花香弥漫，使穿越拂叶的人，踏着荆棘，不觉得痛苦，有泪可落，却不悲凉。我想：这就是对我们护士最好的诠释吧。
作为传染科护士的我们，更是多了一份压力和责任！每天近距离地接触这些特殊的病人，我们不怕吗？不！我们也怕！我也曾经埋怨过当初自己为什么选择在这个科室工作。有过委屈，有过失落，还有比别人更多的危险。前不久，我最亲爱的同事在处理污物时不慎被针头扎到，她注射过干扰素以后持续高烧。可是她只休息了半天就回到了自己的工作岗位。看着她布满水泡的双唇，我们都哭了！可看到病人康复的笑靥，我们又由衷的欣慰，再苦再累也值了。在未来的日子里，我们将继续与病人的生命同行，让病人因我们的护理而减少痛苦，因我们的健康指导而有所收获，因我们的安慰而树立信心。
最后，我想说，选择护理我无怨无悔、我无悔也无怨。我愿意，我愿意做一个没有翅膀的白衣天使，把我的爱心、热心、耐心、细心、关心、同情心和责任心撒向每一位病人，让理想放飞、让真诚做伴、让信念同行，用心、用爱、用全部的真诚和善良为每一个无助的生命注入永远的光芒和希望！

“究天人之际，通古今之变，成一家之言”我今天演讲的题目是“有了春天，就会有花开”。
20xx年xx月x日，是我难忘的日子，这一天我结束了五年的医学院校学习生涯，来到了医院。在这里经过严格的岗前培训，我被分配到了icu。在我们自己的监护中心，面对自己的父老乡亲，那一双双渴求的眼睛，那一句句质朴的言语，使我的责任感油然而生，也更加领悟到这身洁白的神圣，icu的老师们，从最基础的护理记录手把手的教起，每周一次的护理查房，业务学习，理论考试，操作考试，让我们象上紧了的发条一样，丝毫不敢怠慢，生怕一不小心，就被甩在身后。新技术，我们争相学习，难做的操作，我们一遍遍练习， 就在这样的学习氛围中，我的工作能力有了全面的提高。
五年的大学理论学习，并没有让我进入临床之后“如鱼得水”，给我印象最深的是一个脑出血的病人，在治疗过程中，突然出现喷射性呕吐，我一时束手无措，喊来了带教老师，只见她有条不紊的把病人头偏向一侧，立即清理呼吸道，及时通知了医生。下班之后，翻开课本，上面写着：防止误吸导致窒息，及时清理呼吸道，这十五个字，字字珠玑。再一次印证了“陆老先生”的“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行”的真谛。
icu是一个医院抢救，护理水平的象征，它要求每一位护理人员具备敏锐的观察力，高度负责的态度，过硬的技术。在这里，我建立起自己的工作态度，也学到了原来在学校，实习医院没有的一些新技术，新仪器的使用。我感谢icu的老师们，是她们给了我最耐心的带教，最宽容的体谅，最严格的要求，是她们扶持我一路走来，帮助我完成了从一名医学生到临床医务工作者的角色转变。xx年5.12最美护士
六个月之后我转科来到了小儿科。小儿科是个忙碌的科室。当时患儿达到60之多。面对一个个可爱而又被病痛折磨的面孔，我每次在操作时都告诉自己，轻点轻点再轻点，好让他们幼小的心灵少一些疼痛的记忆。几个月之后，失去了当初的新鲜感，整天与药品打交道，有了一些倦怠。直到有一天，一名实习同学问我药品的药理作用，才突然意识到自己已经是一名老师了，整理了一下小儿科的常用药品的药理作用，发现当时上课时很多东西没有理解透彻。小儿科的护士长也经常把我拉到一边，指出我工作中的`不足，将人生的经验与我共享，帮助我走出情绪的低落期，重新拾回信心。
神经内科是我现在的“娘家”，特色专科护理的特点，让我的职业生涯迈向了一个新的台阶。团结，紧张，和谐，有条不紊的工作氛围，老师们每天与我交流她们的工作经验，不断完善我自己的工作旅程。护士长经常教育我们，工作中从细微处做起，换位思考，把病人当亲人。给病人送上最会心的微笑，最贴心的服务，病人的需要就是我们的工作。
这就是我——一个工作一年多的年轻护士的心路历程。我不敢说我们护士是天使，因为我们既没有天使那么纯洁无瑕，也没有天使那么顽强的生命力，我们不曾守护上帝，只是拼命的维护一个个脆弱的生命。我们不是天使，但在平凡中体现伟大，我们不是天使，只愿在付出中收获喜悦。
我要感谢在我职业生涯开始的时候，护理前辈们给我播下的种子，让我的工作提早开花，带着这份感恩的心，我要在病人生命的春天遭受料峭春寒时，播下种子，让他们如花的生命再次绽放，因为我相信：有了春天就会有花开。
我要感谢护士这个职业，是她让我知道如何平等、善良、真诚的去对待每一个生命，是她让我理解，能获得生命，便当感恩，能呼吸，便当快乐。在支付我生命艰辛的同时，收入着他人的获得生命的喜悦。当我回头看时，看到生命的蓬勃，我庆幸，我能如此贴近生命，去接触，聆听，去感悟!
